Communication is half the battle, if I had been notified of delays or how long the oil change and other work took I wouldn't have been as bad. Kinda laughable that a text message was sent to me as a place to ask questions during my visit and nobody replied to them.A polite and friendly female staff member asked another staff member to check me out and was ignored and then when he finally did he didn't seem very happy about it.I was sent a text saying this is the way to communicate with any questions but none of my questions were ever answered. I had to find a staff member and not all were friendly and forthcoming.

Besides the having the best sales rep the atmosphere is very welcoming . I honestly didn’t want to leave. You’ll be very satisfied with Mitsubishi and its workers. I sure was.Kathy was so helpful and patient with me. She’s the reason I got up and went into the dealership to get a new car. She’s who responded to my inquiry and I’m so glad she did or I wouldn’t have a car still today. Best sales rep I’ve ever talked to. She gave it to me straight and wasn’t rude, overbearing, or pushy. I look forward to dealing with Kathy and Mitsubishi again.
