My A/C quit working. After two inspections, Jose, our maintenance person, couldn't find the problem. Because the weather was very mild, and we were both intrigued by the problem, I agreed that he should continue searching before calling it " dead". Fortunately, a few minutes later he discovered a shorted wire in the external unit. My A/C is now performing perfectly. I truly appreciated his tenacity as well as his courteous manner.
