This place is really trying to tick off the players. You can keep your free money since you decided to limit it to the weekends. Some of us don't come down on the weekend. This place is a joke!!!! Ban cigars!! How about a response this time.

We come here often brut this month we didn't get any offers. I feel you are cutting out the little players who don't have much I guess we can always go to Kansas. You need to rethink how you reward your players. I guess only the rich count

Awful slot payout, tightest I've seen in any casino. Will be playing in KC from now on. Cannot even come here to enjoy yourself. Drive is well worth the poor customer service here. You've taken so much away from the players and given nothing back. No need to support that kind of business.
