Seems like your casino is going down hill in all areas. The food is not as good, cleanliness gone,plus no payouts for your regular patrons. Seems like you are not here to please your long-time clients. Guess I can start back to going to Council Bluffs & Kansas City.

Rated less than excellent only because you changed the dessert bar to fancy looking instead of yummy tasting stuff. Miss the awesome chocolate cake and pumpkin pie. Please bring them back.
