The people working in the front office are very rude. I left multiple times almost in tears. I would never live here again. I got absolutely no help with anything and all the information they gave me kept changing (when I have to make my last payment was changed from 30 days from move out date to then 7 days after my move out date and then the last time I went in to turn in my keys they said 5 days, where I have to turn in the money whether it be online or with a check was also not clear). I honestly never experienced such an unprofessional and frankly rude staff in my entire life. I couldn’t wait to get out of there I just can’t believe how I was treated and disrespected to my face while I was in that front office. Specifically from a woman named Naoj Andrew’s and also another lady who was a higher-up possibly a manager and I’m not sure what her name was. They talked down to me like I was a child and even started laughing at one point when I was clearly in distress.

I give you guys the rating I did because your lawyers number does not work. I was giving a five day notice and accusations put on my unit without any clarifications from myself or any red cards from Metro. The company is bias I would not recommend you guys to nobody. I used to like the community when it was the other ownership because everything was equal. They actually investigated stuff and communicated really well.
