Great tour

I like the person was really nice and gave us all the information about the apartment . We was interested of what we think and if we like the place

i give it 3/10 the leasing agent kelly i believe her name is was not so good with her words or with customer service

I wanted to see a three bedroom. Also I was not able to do that The tour with Miss Sharlene. What good

I was told my application wouldn’t be based on credit. I applied and paid the application fee and got denied based on credit even thoigh I met the income requirements and had no evictions.

Sherlene the associate was very nice with us and she told us all the necessary information

Alexis gave me my children a tour. She was very pleasant and did a wonderful job explaining the rental criteria and details on apartments available

The lady giving the tour was brash and not very kind or friendly. She didn't give at lot of information unless questions were asked. The apartment its self was small and not that appealing.

The pools have been broken since I moved in and the outside appearances are not the best maintained once you leave the front office. I like my apt and the office staff but could have the amenities be available and much clearer appearance for the same price elsewhere. I appreciated the email sent out about keeping outside clean and people removing their holiday decor after season but haven’t seen much improvement. And the no pool is HUGE. The price we pay is including the amenities we don’t have currently.
