It's an alright place to live. My biggest gripe is if the gate is gonna be closed, get a gate with clickers to open. Looks like the gate needs to be replaced anyway with how often it's broken.

Swimming pool has been closed for an entire year and the office still has not provided an update as to when the pool will reopen. It’s hot, I’d like to use the pool I pay for.

Our area is always dirty. Pigeon poop everywhere.

It takes forever to get maintenance work done. I have put in maintenance order several times for my leaking roof. They come in after months and they do a half job.
