We have been unable to use our swimming pool for over nine months now the leasing office provides no update not to mention the community is not safe at all. There was a murder in July 2025 directly in front of the leasing office.

Would like to have the front spray washed. We have alot of birds that are on the building.

I have lived here for 7 years..The office staff is on point..so much better than previous office staffs..The maintenance staff is wonderful.

Pool area has been out since June (currently December). Nothing was communicated as to what was wrong other than a sign on the gate. Apartment was renovated however when initially moved in experienced a range of issues from clogged shower due to stuck dried paint, disconnected counter top (wasn’t fastened to the base), leaking sink, as well as came across a few roaches despite me keeping the place constantly clean. Owners who have animals also neglect to clean up after them. Multiple times I’ve almost stepped on poop. Neighbors also have been getting upset leaving signs. Something to help may be trash cans and doggy bags around walking areas or signs to remind owners to clean up after their animals.
