I've been living in this apartment for years and not one thing has been updated. Our area is full of pigeon poop and when we submit a ticket it takes forever for someone to come and when they do nothing gets fixed properly.

I was given misinformation by rep Oanj . She advised numerous time thr would not be any holding fees. After I submitted my application she adv holding fee is standard.

The community is also clean 24 7 people are great my mail is on time deliveries are on time and easy access to the stores.

Maintenance ignores work orders, ladies in the office say they are going to help you with your problem but they won’t. They don’t actually care about residents. Multiple issues with appliances in the home. Despite being very clean the roaches are impossible to get rid of.
