Pool area has been out since June (currently December). Nothing was communicated as to what was wrong other than a sign on the gate. Apartment was renovated however when initially moved in experienced a range of issues from clogged shower due to stuck dried paint, disconnected counter top (wasn’t fastened to the base), leaking sink, as well as came across a few roaches despite me keeping the place constantly clean. Owners who have animals also neglect to clean up after them. Multiple times I’ve almost stepped on poop. Neighbors also have been getting upset leaving signs. Something to help may be trash cans and doggy bags around walking areas or signs to remind owners to clean up after their animals.

I've been living in this apartment for years and not one thing has been updated. Our area is full of pigeon poop and when we submit a ticket it takes forever for someone to come and when they do nothing gets fixed properly.

I was given misinformation by rep Oanj . She advised numerous time thr would not be any holding fees. After I submitted my application she adv holding fee is standard.

Peaceful community and lots of amenities.

The community is also clean 24 7 people are great my mail is on time deliveries are on time and easy access to the stores.

They made my family feel home and we were not even in the place yet. If we are approved, I know we are in good hands!!

I have reside here for 8 yrs... I love this place. Quiet. Bug free. Security. Great community!!!

The office Mabager, Sharlene had professionally helped me through my application since there was a glitch on the system. Made me feel valuable 👍🏻

Maintenance ignores work orders, ladies in the office say they are going to help you with your problem but they won’t. They don’t actually care about residents. Multiple issues with appliances in the home. Despite being very clean the roaches are impossible to get rid of.
