Very friendly and helpful people

The people working in the front office are very rude. I left multiple times almost in tears. I would never live here again. I got absolutely no help with anything and all the information they gave me kept changing (when I have to make my last payment was changed from 30 days from move out date to then 7 days after my move out date and then the last time I went in to turn in my keys they said 5 days, where I have to turn in the money whether it be online or with a check was also not clear). I honestly never experienced such an unprofessional and frankly rude staff in my entire life. I couldn’t wait to get out of there I just can’t believe how I was treated and disrespected to my face while I was in that front office. Specifically from a woman named Naoj Andrew’s and also another lady who was a higher-up possibly a manager and I’m not sure what her name was. They talked down to me like I was a child and even started laughing at one point when I was clearly in distress.

I have been living here for eleven years and it is a pleasure living here.

Spoke in person twice and over the phone with Naoj multiple times about my two jobs. She told me explicitly that an offer letter would be enough along with current jobs pay stubs. Both jobs I make over $4000 and AFTER I apply, she tells me I need to wait until I get a paycheck from the second job. Seems like it was just a play to get the application money. Waste of everybody’s time involved. So disappointed

Great community. Friendly staff.

I enjoy living here they really keep the property well maintained.
