Spoke in person twice and over the phone with Naoj multiple times about my two jobs. She told me explicitly that an offer letter would be enough along with current jobs pay stubs. Both jobs I make over $4000 and AFTER I apply, she tells me I need to wait until I get a paycheck from the second job. Seems like it was just a play to get the application money. Waste of everybody’s time involved. So disappointed

my apartment is filled with bugs, the fire alarm goes off whenever it wants too and always during the night, and my front door is breaking

Naoj was very kind, thorough, and still took my partner and I on a tour although it was raining.

Even though it was raining, the worker that helped us, still took us on a tour so that we can see what we are applying for.

I just got weird vibes from the staff like they didn’t really care that much. She just kind of was like here’s the apartment with no information. I asked about the neighborhood and she just said call metro.

Maintenance- needs to be done in timely manner
