After being there for quite some time my sales rep did not offer any water or anything. Should be mindful of that. Otherwise very pleasantThe service was amazing and everyone was so friendly

I don't agree with the 3% credit card surcharge. For security reasons I pay everything through Credit Cards. I avoid vendors who charge extra. In my opinion it is the cost of doing businessON my first visit bathrooms werte out of orderThere should be NA answers.Electrical was disconncted so settings on radio were lostDealer repairs are typically more costly but wehn you add a 3% surcharge I have more reason to avoid repairs at the dealer.Service person seemd distracted. I was in waiting room and it wasn't until I moved and became move visable that he indicated my car was ready.
