The building was under construction, and this was not made aware when scheduling an appointment.The ticket number was left in the car and on the keys, wash was not completed due machine being out of service.During my service, there was no loaner or shuttle so Uber was utilized to go 3 miles away to relax during this time. There was one female sales assistant who went above and beyond and was able to provide a great place to go eat and relax. She approached us in the lobby and was friendly and professional. She is definitely the type of employee you want representing your local business.

I wanted a lower payment and I understand my credit was not solid enough so my payments are much higher. Hopefully I will be able to get the lower payment after 10 months.The salesman was very good and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about what he is doing. He was very pleasant and patient with me. I have told family about my experience it was just that good.

I've had several issues with my car that continue to happen sporadically and have provided pictures and videos as proof of said issues while they are happening and have been told each and every time by 3 different Mitsubishi Dealer Service Centers that the problem couldnt be replicated.Felt like my concerns about my car weren't taken seriously by the mechanic.
