left feeling i should have negotiated more, APR too high for an over 800 credit rating.still being started up/did not get the exact vehicle on website got the one next to it was told the one i wanted must have just been sold . Was given a interest rate a little higher then i wanted with a above 800 credit score .Was not told anything about a maintenance department .

I’ve visited this Mitsubishi dealership several times, and each time the staff has been incredibly patient and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything in detail, and genuinely tried their best to help me. Even though the issue turned out to be something that couldn’t be replaced or fixed under normal circumstances, I could clearly see how much they cared and how hard they worked to find a solution.Everyone I’ve met there is knowledgeable, respectful, and dedicated to their job. It’s rare to see a team that combines both technical expertise and sincere customer care like this. I truly appreciate their effort and highly recommend this service center!

The service was quick and the office guy friendly, but I needed my steering wheel checked as it is make a clicking sound while driving. I was told that I would be contacted when a loaner was available, but 2 weeks later I am still waiting. And I'm concerned about the steering.As stated all the promises to schedule for the actual problem of the steering wheel, have not come to fruition (still waiting).
