I wasn't given a time frame for my service.Wifi options and other amenities were not shared with me this visit.It only took roughly an hour which was what I expected, but again, this was not communicated.Consider and n/a, unsure, or other answer choice option with the survey.I was not asked about scheduling a follow up, but there is a sticker in the window with that information. I did have to mention a concern I had that I did not feel confident was properly assessed (tire pressure). I was told if it persisted I could bring my vehicle back (which goes without saying in my opinion since the original service was handled at this location.)They met me outside after I parked my car, confirmed my identity and why I was there, but none of the other information.It was fairly easy to set up the appointment. Everything was good but not amazing service.

Kiefer definitely did a great job but unfortunately I'm not happy with the service that was done by the technicians. The leather on my steering wheel is scratched and has multiple cuts and when I turn the steering wheel I hear a screw moving inside.I drove all the way from Orlando to get that taken care of but the job they did was not good at all.No coffee or complimentary snacksKiefer definitely did a great job but unfortunately I'm not happy with the service that was done by the technicians. I was satisfied, just not very satisfied. I left a message for service to call me back to set up the oil change appt and they never called back. When i did call during business hours, Kiefer was very accommodating and offered multiple appt times for the very next day.the popcorn machine was a nice touchboth sales and service have been exceptional to deal with
