The scheduling can be wonky on mobile and difficult to look further out when trying to book appointments in advance. Otherwise it's fineI've always had a good experience with the service. Service advisors are genial and not scummy, service techs get everything done quickly, and the palce

Genesis was our sales rep. and she was the best! That woman deserves a raise she was friendly and positive, due to my urgency and stress level this really impacted my experience in a great way. It wasn’t just getting a new car that was exiting but great attitude that made it even better! God bless yall😘They do wat they say. Period!

Satisfied with service. Problem is noise is intermittent. So when they drove it, of course it did not make it. A part was ordered and when I returned I had a recording of the sounds. So they are diligently working to find itService staff is trying to be very accommodating to a difficult situation. I’m stating there is a noise- but not when there. So it is hard to fix what you don’t hear. When I brought the recording they decided the radio needs to be pulled. But at no time did the disregard my issueKiefer listened to what I was saying about my issues and is working to correct problem

Since my vehicles under complete bumper-to-bumper warranty, they refused to replace my brakesNo sticker, indicating what the mileage was at time of oil change, or when the next oil change would be dueI feel the service department and or dealership once the problem with the brakes to exceed past the warranty time and that that’s why they’re not replacing them

Great job in getting us in and out. Didn't have to wait all day. All personnel was terrific especially Ms. Genesis. No improvements necessary.Everyone had great personality, feel like being part of mitsubishi family.
