Everything when great and Alex was amazing

Cleaned in the dark . Could have been cleaned a little better in outsideAgain should have offered some snacks. Trash was also overflowingCleon was great. First person we dealt with did not care for . Can’t remember his name. Still took too long and too many people to get to the end. Also didn’t like just showing final number during process. Should show break down.Still very tediousFinancing wait time was just too long. 2 hours to wait after you already agreed on pricing . Too muchThe dance of negotiations just takes too long. Back and forth 6-7 times is just too much . Also you should have/ offer snacks/ coffee when the process is continuing on for multiple hours.

on an extremely bad cold day, there was no heat! on top of that, the nice espresso machine was gone along with the cabinets and everything. Nothing hot! Didn't understand why there was nothing whatsoever. I would've like to have been given notice of that as I would've picked up something. Make the waiting room smaller and contained so that we don't have to freeze. They said mechanical issues. I'm concerned it was cost cutting measures.Service is fine.
