We had such a wonderful experience working with Lori in the leasing office at Station 316. From the very beginning, she treated us with genuine kindness, empathy, and professionalism. She took the time to truly listen to our situation, answer every question, and explore every possible option to help us. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and wants to do what’s best for everyone involved.It’s also been incredibly refreshing to see the positive changes under the management team. They have created an environment where residents feel heard, respected, and valued. Their communication has been thoughtful, they’re proactive in addressing concerns, and it’s clear they’re working hard to make Station 316 an even better place to live.Lori is an incredible asset to the team. Her compassion, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier, and we’re truly grateful for everything she did for us. Not picking up dog mess is the only complaint besides the bridge not being done. ( that’s not on the building )

I believe her name was Abby to help us out; she was very easy to talk to, knew what she was talking about and made my first impression on the place that much better. She’s a lovely person to work with.

Nuhamen gave me a great tour. I was early to my appointment but she accommodated the time and showed me everything I needed to see and know.
