I am being charged with a cleaning fee and a damaging fee when I received my room in those exact conditions, also kinda hypocrite to charge for a cleaning fee because when I moved in the state of the apartment was disgusting, there was MOLDY food in the fridge, sticky floors, a random couch and the smell of weed which me and my prior roommates complained about about 11 times each. I would like the cleaning and damages fees removed please. I will send pictures of how I received the apartment because there’s absolutely no way I’m being charged when I did not received the apartment clean/in good condition.

I am disputing the $325 carpet damage charge. I lived at station 42 for three years, and I do not believe the small mark shown in the photo justifies a $325 charge. Please provide documentation explaining how this amount was calculated and whether the carpet was cleaned, repaired, or replaced. If it was replaced, I would also like to know the age of the carpet and how its existing age and condition were considered. I respectfully request that this charge be reviewed and removed. Thank you for your time.

I was charged over $300 for alleged damages to the carpet in my apartment. I respectfully dispute this charge, as I did not cause any damage to the carpet during my tenancy. When I moved out, the carpet was in good condition, and there were no visible damages beyond normal wear and tear.I took care of the apartment throughout my occupancy and left it clean upon vacating. To my knowledge, no concerns regarding carpet damage were raised during my move-out process. Therefore, I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the charge, including any inspection reports, photographs, or documentation supporting the claim.Given that I did not cause the alleged damage, I kindly request that this charge be reviewed and removed from my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

There was a charge of $150.00 for "Turn Damage Fee" Work Order Fees - Furniture. Please provide the basis for this charge. The photographs show pictures of the sofa and bar stools. what was the charge for? Were the other 3 residents also charged $150 each for a total of $600? Thank you and I look forward to hearing from your office

I received a charge for leaving screws in the wall to hang up a mirror. I previously talked to one of the managers about leaving them in since my friend is moving in to my room and I am giving him the mirror. The manager told me to leave the screws in the wall instead of filling them and then having to re drill them. I attached the emails on this inquiry.

The pictures I was sent of carpet “damages” have nothing wrong in the photos that I can see. I also don’t know if that room or apartment is mine. I would like to know what is wrong in the pictures I was sent and would like to provide my own pictures from when I moved out on the 30th.

We are being charged for existing damages and filth in the room my daughter lived in for under 11 months. I had to personally hire a cleaning service that was $200 to clean her room, bathroom, kitchen and living room upon her move in. I have photos, & video proof to show how disgusting her room was! The previous 3 other kids that resided there before, left the place filthy and damaged.

I am disputing the flooring/carpet damage charge because the discoloration and staining were present PRIOR to my move-in. I have documentation showing the condition of the carpet at the time I moved into the room.I also previously brought the staining/discoloration to the office’s attention several months ago because some areas of the carpet felt damp, and I was concerned there may have been a leaking or moisture issue. I was informed that there was no leak, and no repairs or further action were taken.Since the carpet was already in this condition when I took possession of the room and I previously reported my concerns, I should not be be held financially responsible for the flooring damage. I am requesting that this charge be reviewed and removed from my account.
