On my closing statement regarding carpet or flooring fee is 325$ while my roommates were 50$. Plus the pictures provided showed two rooms, not just mine. I have sent video evidence from move in day that shows the carpets came with stains and damage already done

Damage charges regarding flooring were present on my FMO. Flooring was left exactly as when I first got into my apartment (see picture below). Flooring was undamaged when I left my apartment.

Yes, I had made the apartment spotless when i moved out. I had turned in my keys and the employee had approved everything. The stove was cleaned before I left. I took care of my place.

325$ charge to replace the carpet but the picture shown doesn’t show a problem with the carpet.

I’m being charged for a table and chair that’s out on the balcony, that I didn’t buy or bring to the house. Those are old roommates items they never took with them, so why am I being charged for that? I’m also being charged for the flooring in the room, which based off pictures of the floor taken by management, the carpet should’ve been taken out when I moved in. The carpet has looked like that since the first day I moved in. So I shouldn’t have any outstanding charges for anything as far the room or apartment goes.

I am disputing the $50.00 Turn Paint Fee charged on 08/04/2026 for unit 4210-301C. I did not cause any paint damage to the unit. I have video walkthroughs documenting the condition of the apartment both at move-in and at move-out, and there is no paint damage visible in either. Additionally, the photos included in the charge documentation do not show any clear paint damage — no scuffs, marks, or discoloration are visible in any of the four images provided. I'm requesting that this charge be removed, or alternatively that Station 42 provide specific documentation (photo or otherwise) clearly identifying the paint damage in question, along with its exact location in the unit, so I can review it against my own footage. However, it won't let me attach my own footage in the field that asks for supporting documentation. Please let me know what to do next and what will happen moving forward.

I was charged for a turn damage on the chairs in the living room. I moved in January and that damage was already there.

I am disputing the $325 flooring charge and will not be paying this fee. I was a resident for two years, and during that entire time, I never spilled anything on the carpet or caused any damage to it.Based on the move-out photos provided, I do not see any actual damage to the carpet that would justify a flooring replacement or repair charge. The difference in the carpet’s color appears to be caused by the direction the carpet fibers are laying and how the carpet is moved or viewed, rather than staining, damage, or permanent discoloration. The condition shown in the photos appears consistent with normal wear from ordinary use and does not constitute tenant damage. I do not believe I should be responsible for a $325 flooring charge when there is no evidence of actual damage.

I am disputing the $325 flooring charge. Based on the move-out photos provided, I do not see any damage that would warrant a flooring replacement or repair charge of this amount. The photos appear to show normal wear from ordinary use after 3-4 years of occupancy, which should not be considered tenant damage.I respectfully request an itemized explanation of the flooring charge, including:* A description of the specific damage for which I am being charged.* Documentation showing why the damage exceeds normal wear and tear.* Any repair or replacement invoices, estimates, or receipts supporting the $325 charge.* Any additional photos that clearly identify the alleged damage.Until this documentation is provided, I do not believe this charge is justified and request that it be removed or adjusted accordingly.

I don’t believe the fees charged accurately reflect the state of the room when I left it. There is not a clear explanation as to what I’m being charged a cleaning fee for. The photo they sent me was blurry and did not clearly state why I am being charged a cleaning fee.
