This is my second time getting a storage and I always get exceptional service

Michele was awesome. She explained everything I needed to know. Even walked me to my unit. Was never treated like this anywhere else. Very clean, easy to get too and have access to dollies and such. Building is very good on its climate control. I would highly recommend this place to others.

It would help me out to have later access times. 8:00 pm is not late enough. Why not 24 hour?

Because I've only had great experiences with Steaux and Geaux I've never had an issue or a problem since I've rented a unit from them they're very kind courteous and understanding.

I’ve never had an issue with anything inside the storage unit including gaining access to it. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I moved to another unit and the staff accommodated me very well and the paperwork and move was simple and convenient.
