Doctor Saddlers are exllence doctor.

1hour and 20 minute wait to see Dr. Dr. couldn’t load arthogram MRI into computer. Therefore no explanation other than Fairfax Radiology written report. Dr. Said he was ordering medication but was leaving room without doing so. No front desk person to make future appointment. (Went to lunch) told to call to office to schedule appointment.

Efficient in all aspects !

Everyone is friendly ..

I had surgery with Dr saddler on 9/14/26. I tried for two days 9/16/26 and 9/17/26 to get thru to the AOC PT in ShirlingtonArlington to set up PT. No one answered the phone. I called 10 times and left 8 messages over 10 days. I gave up and went to Alliance PT. As dr Saddler operated on me I should be given concierge service in setting up my pt if I use AOC PT. I should not 2 days after surgery have to call and set up my own AOC PT. Very disappointed.

Dr. Saddler answered all my questions and had suggestions to help with my concerns. His assistant Jazzmyne was very helpful too.You need a “repeat Customer” on your why did you choose Anderson Clinic question.
