Wait time was long, 30+ minutes after my scheduled time to be seen. And now I’m getting calls about a balance due that is confusing at best.

Was running late for my appointment, it was going to be outside of the grace period. I was assured that I will be seen. I walk great hello with a smile, "good you make it" the receptionist said with still a smile. Dr Saddler spoke in a very kind voice, made me feel completely comfortable, even though I was late for my appointment. I never felt rushed. Thanks to the team at The Anderson Clinic.

The reason for the visit was to get a gel injection in my knee. The injection was painless. Can't say yet whether it's actually going to help the problem but I'm very optimistic.

I was seeing Dr Saddler for extreme knee pain and said I wanted to get it addressed so I could exercise and he said I could bike ride. Huh?!?!

It is very hard to reach someone about insurance question. It would be helpful when someone calls to leave their mailbox number for easy call back.
