The tablet at check in went from one page to another quickly

I have depended on Dr. Saddler to keep me ambulatory!

Wait on phones is always very long. Nurse support staff is wonderful

Although I had to wait one hour and 20 minutes to see Dr. Saddler, I have to honestly say it was well worth the wait. Dr. Saddler was thorough, listened to ALL I had to say and he reviewed the blood work that I brought and the background information and photos from my knee procedures from 2001 and 2005. He documented everything fastidiously and made sure that I understood what was showing in the X-rays that were taken before my time with him. Let me also say that the front desk person and the X-ray technician were both highly pleasant and professional and made me feel as if I was the only patient that day (hardly the truth of course). Also, Dr. Saddler's assistant was very pleasant and treated me as if I had been coming to the Anderson Clinic for years. I want to say that for one reason or another, I have been visiting health care providers locally and the experience at other providers is NOT the same high level that I experienced with the Anderson Clinic. Kudos to you and THANK YOU

Dr. Saddler is a excellent physician. He has been my orthopedist for several years and has worked with me to stabilize my, putting off the dreaded surgery as long as possible. I would recommend him to anyone. Also, I love the new PT clinic at the Mt. Vernon location. The best PT staff anywhere. Uniformly excellent. I've recommended them to several of my neighbors, who are also really pleased with their PT care.

Lorton office is alot easier than Fairfax location to visit because of traffic.

My only complaint is that it takes an hour to see Dr. Saddler after I arrive for my appointment.

Shorten the wait time to see doctor.
