When the reminder appointment call is given it would be helpful if the call identified in which office the appointment is to be held (Fairfax, Arlington, etc.). If that was done, I missed it. Thanks.

When I visit the first time, I got late to my appointment, because I follow the GPS of my phone and it took me to the woods with no buildings at all, for my second appointment the same thing. I do not know what is wrong with it.

I felt very comfortable with the entire process. Follow up visits answered all my questions. I still have a long way to go before recovery is complete but I feel extremely positive the Dr Saddler and Anderson Climic will be there for me
