Dr Saddler always takes the time to explain the process fully. He never rushes me and answers all my questions. His is warm and welcoming putting you at ease. You know you are in excellent hands and trust that the outcome will be as he expects.

I waited nearly one (1) hour from the time I checked in until time I was seen. The desk receptionist did not inform the doctor I had arrived. Need to improve this.

2. Location was Nationa Harbor, which is not available in the drop menu.4. We had past good experience with Dr Saddler and other doctors of Andersan.The only issue we had this time that although we arrived in the XRay center well in time as advised by your office, we had to wait more than 1 and half hours for XRay and arrived in your office 1 and half hour late.
