This office took their time to explain the facts to me. The following day someone called me to ensure me that they are still working to get everything they need to make sure everything is in perspective.

Regarding Dr. Cattaneo's office and personnel, my experience was very pleasant. They sent by email the form necessary for my completion prior to my visit on only one occasion. However, the two forms REQUIRED by the Medical Center titled 'My Chart' which were emailed to me were on the edge of harassment! I received emails every single day from the time the appointment was made until the day following the appointment. I completed the forms on the second day and do not understand why they were continuing to send them to me every day thereafter and telling me they were REQUIRED!!! Plus to send me forms for the cancer center when I had not even seen the doctor or had the tests done were uncalled for...I am nervous and scared enough and I certainly did not need that shoved into my face! Have some compassion people and also don't treat people like they are idiots by repeatedly sending the same unnecessary emails fo over a week!
