EXCELLENT experience - office staff were great and Dr. Cattaneo was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOMING.

We felt Dr. Stephen took the needed time to fully review my son's case history before meeting with us and discussing our next step. My son was a bit anxious entering the appointment knowing full well surgery was potentially in his near future. Dr. Stephen's bedside manner, tone of voice, and relaxed demeanor quickly helped to alleviate some of his nervousness and put him at ease. My son felt Dr. Stephen was easy to talk to and he listened to his concerns. I appreciated how Dr Stephen spoke to us like intelligent beings without feeling the need to completely dumb everything down, while still making sure we understood the procedure that would be taking place. My son may be 19 yrs old and 6 foot 4 inches - but he is still my little boy and no mother thinks they will have to watch their son undergo lung surgery. It is important to me that my son is more than just another number.... Dr Stephen spoke to us like he cared about MY son - as a person - and not just as his next patient. That meant a lot to me. Dr. Stephen never made us feel rushed and answered all our questions. We also very much enjoyed Dr. Stephen's scheduling secretary for the surgery; she was fantastic. Easy to talk to - very reassuring of all that would happen leading up to the surgery date. Thank you for your time, care, and concern. We are truly happy to be working with this team.
