The entire staff at Dr. Cattaneo's office are very professional and friendly. There may have been something wrong with the computer of the staff member who checked me in because it took much longer for my info to come up than usual, but she was quite pleasant while we waited. Dr. Cattaneo is always caring and thorough which inspires confidence.
