Upon driving away from the dealership lot after the transaction was complete there was a notable problem with the tires on this new vehicle. The service dept had already left for the day so we were instructed to return the next day. First they balanced all tires which had not been done at the factory. This did not improve the severe bumping action. The manager then instructed the staff to to replace them with wheels from another new vehicle on the lot. Same results. Then the wheels from the car that we had test driven were applied and this resolved the problem. The manager was very attentive and voiced his commitment that the problem would be resolved that day.Salesman, finance and manager interactions were customer focused.

Gave me a lesser discount than the emailed offer of service and jokingly said he could not honor that price as it cost more than that. He was pleasant about it but said manufacturer made that offer not this dealership.I also have an issue with the remote start feature you get when buying a new car. The fact that after 2yrs-you have to start paying a yearly fee. I can buy a remote start and only have to pay for it once. Feel like this is double charging. Other than that I truly love my car.Pleasant enough staff. Wait time was an hour. Price was higher than promotional advertising. If you don’t honor the manufacturer’s discounts -why do they send them?
