After the sale, Matthew set up the Mitsubishi App on my phone and made sure everything worked. He explained the smart cruise control and all the buttons. He made us feel like our opinions and concerns were important and all questions were answered. I called him back and he answered follow up questions later. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and the entire process through Stevens Mitsubishi at Princeton, WV. Especially due to Matthew's personal attention.We were treated with respect and understanding for our needs.
