Staff was knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable. Dr Rasner explained everything making it easy to make the decision on the work that needs to be done to accomplish my goal.

I am a scaredy-cat. I can’t handle drills, picks or needles. I have high anxiety. My first visit with Dr Rasner and his staff made my time with them very pleasant and comfortable. I walked out very happy. No one hurt me.

The entire staff was wonderful. The building was clean and well maintained. Dr Rasner came in and explained what was going to be done in detail. He made you feel comfortable and at ease.

From the minute I stepped in the door I was treated with kindness and respect. I’m in an electric wheelchair and it can be difficult to accommodate my situation. The dentist was very truthful and helpful after reviewing my X-rays and going over my situation. He did have to work on my bottom teeth and that went well. I should be hearing back from him this week to move on to the next steps.

my only complaint is my appointment was for 1230 and I didn’t even go back to the hygienist until a little after one.

I always can make a Appointment if needed to see the Dentist about a problem. The Clinical Staff is very Professional. with the Patients..

This was the 2nd time I had the same lady to do my cleaning. She was wonderful both times. The dentist was a different story when it came to a cavity I have. He was pushing for a cap instead of a filling even saying that the tooth could break if he tried to put a filling in and I would have to get a cap anyway. I felt that he was putting the best interest of the practice over my best interest.
