PHENOMENAL! Nate was great! He met me as soon as I pulled up and had everything ready for me and my new truck

I called and made a deal for a car over the phone and was told to put a credit application in online, which i did. Then I thought we'd just have to fill out paperwork, but my family got stuck waiting for approximately 4 hours after driving over two hours to reach the dealership. Then I was told that the previous owner would bring in the 2nd key fob and it would be sent to me, but it was not sent and I received no communication about it. When I tried to reach out, my communication was ignored. I got a letter a few days ago (weeks after purchasing a vehicle) saying the dealership could not secure financing for my vehicle, and then a letter from my lender saying my direct loan would not be happening because the dealer had handled the financing indirectly theough the same lender.

Filled out most of the paperwork online. Truck was waiting cleaned a full of gas when I arrived the next day. Minimal time spent doing paperwork.Overall a great experience and would definitely purchase this way again.

Working with Kevin to lease my new vehicle was a great experience like always. He is always kind and helpful when answering my questions. He takes the time to listen to ensure what he is proposing is in full alignment with what I want.
