took 6 hrs to purchase a new vehicle. paper work only emailed to me. drove off no temp. took 2 days to get temp to me. missed 2 days work do to staff incompetence.

Pat did a good job. Truck was done quickly. I did notice that the passenger seat was laid back with the passenger rear window open when I picked up the truck, which was not how I left it.
