Patrick was my Service Advisor and did an excellent job. He arranged to have the two problems repaired that were the reason I brought my car in. He cleared up a miscommunication and took time to explain several other things which was very helpful. While it was being repaired, he checked on my extended warranty that I purchased but expired while the car sat idle. Also checked on GM Rewards that I assumed had also expired. Patrick went well over and above expectations to get me on the road again.
