Straight forward and upfront about what was needed (and not needed, transmission replacement) on my vehicle.

Patrick was my Service Advisor and did an excellent job. He arranged to have the two problems repaired that were the reason I brought my car in. He cleared up a miscommunication and took time to explain several other things which was very helpful. While it was being repaired, he checked on my extended warranty that I purchased but expired while the car sat idle. Also checked on GM Rewards that I assumed had also expired. Patrick went well over and above expectations to get me on the road again. I told my coffee group about what an amazing job Patrick did exceeding my expectations and how happy I am with Stevinson Chevrolet. I highly recommend Patrick and Stevinson Chevrolet.
