Sal was an excellent service advisor. The overall experience for servicing was fair. A free mini detail was offered for the car's "birthday". It appeared to be quickly washed (exterior) and all other areas completely untouched. There is a broken plastic piece of a seatbelt (has been this way since purchase and asked to fix once before). I asked for this to be diagnosed and it was also untouched (plastic still sitting on the seat as I left it when I showed the advisor). Typically the service is top notch, this time was less than stellar.

Oil change took 2 hours. A little slow. When I had an oil change on my truck here 6 months ago it took 1 hour.

Was in for my usual oil change and tire rotation. I had asked that they check the battery because I had 3 times of a questionable start to the engine. They checked the battery and found that it was very close to the end of its life. Told Kirk (service advisor) to go ahead and put in a new battery. This was completed as asked. Everything was done to my satisfaction. The one recommendation I would make is, when I checked the status on my text it said "finishing touches" for 3-4 hours. I called around 3-3:30 to see if it was done, which it was. I come from a different part of town, so I make my appointments early to avoid traffic as much as possible. When there's no info on completion until 4:00 or 5:00 it's rush hour.
