The service advisor was attentive and helped the mechanics diagnose a difficult problem!

Was in for my usual oil change and tire rotation. I had asked that they check the battery because I had 3 times of a questionable start to the engine. They checked the battery and found that it was very close to the end of its life. Told Kirk (service advisor) to go ahead and put in a new battery. This was completed as asked. Everything was done to my satisfaction. The one recommendation I would make is, when I checked the status on my text it said "finishing touches" for 3-4 hours. I called around 3-3:30 to see if it was done, which it was. I come from a different part of town, so I make my appointments early to avoid traffic as much as possible. When there's no info on completion until 4:00 or 5:00 it's rush hour.

I enjoyed working with Kirk through out the years. I trust him to take good care of the customers. i was bummed they did not get the chance to detail my Tahoe.

Kirk and the mechanic did an awesome job. They did what every automobile shop should do. Super easy drop off and shuttle. A mechanic looked at it within hours and informed me of the problem. Parts were promptly ordered and received. I was only out of the truck for 3 days and one of those days was due to a parts delay. I was thoroughly impressed at the service. I will always recommend and return STEVINSON Chevrolet for work on GM vehicles.

Good service all the way around. I like the proactive upgrade on the ECM based on a GM bulletin.
