Air conditioner went out; the service tech (Patrick) was very professional, courteous and helpful as he needed to order parts and provided transportation to and from as they worked on the vehicle. Very seamless operation with timely success. Will make an effort to contact Patrick for any future service on my vehicle.

The service advisors helped with everything. It's a fleet vehicle so they got everything paid for. I had a coupon for a mini detail that I printed out and submitted when I turned my car in for service. They said they would do it, I asked about it before picking my car up, but they never did the mini-detail. Would like to have that honored next time if possible.
