Smooth transaction. Reasonable

My salesman Chris Brenham was very very nice. The only part I didn’t like was sitting there so long as I already got approved for financing before even coming into the dealership. Also I had to drive a hour back to the dealership later that week to return the dealer plate they left in my trunk from the test drive. Kinda frustrated with that because it was there mistake and they weren’t willing to come and pick it up from me.

My time there was quick and efficient. I worked with Robert over text and he was able to get me into the car I wanted at the payment I needed. When my husband and I got to the dealership, we did a test drive and we were out the door in a few hours with all paperwork signed.

It was great.

Made the appointment and got there and am disabled and Mark got me a chair and coffee and took my fob and treated me extremely well super nice guy Mark.
