Noah and Jesus were kind and helpful. I had been rear-ended, and my 2013 Ford C-Max was a total loss. When I found the same year, make, and model at your dealership, Noah responded to my inquiry swiftly. He was communicative via text and phone, and helped me secure this car. With my in-laws and parents in town from out of the country and out of the state, while we were also planning for a move in the coming weeks, it was such a relief to be attended to so closely. I loved my old car, and it was paid off. To basically get my old car back was a gift. When it was time to finalize the financial portion, Jesus was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He was patient with me as I asked countless questions about warranty package coverage and costs. The only negative was how long the process took. We arrived at 11am for our appointment, and I didn’t leave until about 3:30pm. Since I had signed the paperwork online already, I figured it would be about an hour, maybe two at most to finalize everything. My husband had to leave after a couple hours. I was able to meet with Jesus to finalize the financials after three hours, but at that point I was so tired from not having eaten since first thing in the morning, that I was struggling to think straight. Noah and Jesus both apologized for the delays. Given it was Memorial Day Weekend, I am understanding of it being a very busy time for the dealership. Again, Jesus was very patient with me as I weighed my options financially. I have had the car for a few weeks now, and I am still very happy with my purchase. I was treated with respect and professionalism. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The ongoing texting is confusing, it seems to require a call back which is annoying. Perhaps someone can be in charge of letting waiting customers know the status of things.
