I came for an oil change and i ended up being there for two hours. The service was terribly slow, and when I drove away I noticed the mechanics had not even checked my dash to see i needed air pressure in my tires so I had to drive back. I wanted to like the place but was very disappointed. The rep was kind and offered a free air filter next time for my trouble.

There was only one person in the check-in area. He was on the phone but kept his head down and could not even acknowledge that I was in the room. Even a look up at me would be have been accepted.

Waited at least 20 minutes after seeing my vehicle pulled in and done and me asking if it was done before paperwork printed and brought to me so I could leave.

Courteous counter help, on time, respectful of her appointment time, keep you updated, lovely area to wait in. I drive a long way out of my way to come to this location.

Mark was great. The tech who worked on my vehicle was great. My go to for auto related things. No silly up selling, provided a loaner, all around great experience.

Everyone was very nice with a lot of customer service. They were a little busy, but they’ve made it work. Excellent service.

Very fast wait time at the service desk

Was at the dealership for almost 5 hours which didn't even include test driving as we did that a couple days before. It was a weekday afternoon so not even busy. Salesman on day of the sale wasn't very personable however the finance guy was great and very pleasant to work with.

The team made it very easy to understand the terms and the process.
