Was at the dealership for almost 5 hours which didn't even include test driving as we did that a couple days before. It was a weekday afternoon so not even busy. Salesman on day of the sale wasn't very personable however the finance guy was great and very pleasant to work with.

We had a simple issue with a car newly leased from Stevinson Hyundai; a nail in one of the tires. This gave us a chance to familiarize ourselves with the service department. We were impressed from the get-go. Not only was it the simplest a phone call to set up an appointment (with AI assistant), but dropping the car in an enclosed garage was a new experience for us. Steve in Service Dept was a very friendly guy. He explained how the nail removal process went and was the consummate professional. This is yet another affirmation that we made the right choice on which dealer to get our new car.
