Clean facility, friendly staff, prompt and thorough service. I cannot ask for anything else. Although the coffee, snacks, wifi, ample and open waiting room, clean bathrooms, easy HWY 25 on/off ramp - we’re all very much appreciated as well.

It was ok. Car was in for ICCU recall. Took a long time to get the parts and a lot of my time involved to get the parts expedited so the repair could be completed. The vehicle sat outside for 30 days and was dirty when I got it back.

The work was completed in a timely manner and the service representative was friendly. The only downside was there was no call to inform me that the work was completed and it was ready for pick up. I had to call to verify. I was told the day before when I took it in that they would work on it that day and it would be ready the next morning. No time was given as to what time in the morning and from previous experience service reps always call to inform that the work is complete and ready for pick up.

We recently purchased a new 2024 Tucson PHEV and the wireless charger and car play did not work from the start. Mark in service knew what needed to be done immediately and once the parts were in the items were fixed in a day and as of now everything is working great. Thank you!!
