Brexton, was very attentive to what I had already shared with him about what I was looking for. Went over that and why interested. He showed me one car and that was exactly what I had specified. So we made a deal. I did try the chat bot first and it could not catch that I wanted to look at hybrids only. Only presented gas only options. Finally it sent me to sales, and Brexton called me next day. Met day later at dealership.
