The ongoing texting is confusing, it seems to require a call back which is annoying. Perhaps someone can be in charge of letting waiting customers know the status of things.

Our 2012 Hyundai Sonata suddenly stopped working. All the lights and warning came on and a message said to get the car to a dealership as soon as possible. STEVINSON Hyundai of Frederick got us in the very next morning, and after hooking up the code reader, not finding any recent. Ode history, and not being able to duplicate to problem after taking it for a test drive, we were told it was good to be picked up. We grabbed it a few days later and there was no charge. Thank you!!
