Our salesman, Roger, however gets 5 starts and was SUPERB, explaining everything, taking time to show us the features we needed to know. However, we do have some complaints about the rest of our visit. the paperwork and need for our signatures and initials was over the top, and we never received copies of most of it. Also, the car we arrived in had a flat tire while we were in the dealership. Maintenance was not totally upfront with us regarding the change of tire and kept us waiting for two hours. When we left, we limped home (1-1/2 hours) with the donut tire, because maintenance either couldn't or wouldn't change the tire.
