Alejandro was great and attentive but overall I would never go back. The urgency to sell the vehicle and follow up with negotiating was terrible

I have bought many vehicles and have never had the paperwork process take 3 hours.First, the new Lexus RX 350 was paid in full via wire before I ever walked through the door of the dealership. Second, I never got to the finance manager. After 2.5 hours the general manager decided to finish the paperwork portion of the transaction. Third, the entire team lacked focus and was very scattered.

Your whole staff were MOST helpful in all parts of the process. Beginning with Deian. He was very thorough in explaining the car when we took the test drive. When we returned the next day the process continued smoothly.My daughters and I thank you.Now for me going forward with my new Lexus and all the safe features, like my grandson with is learning permit, I too will be in a learning mode. ☺️🕊🕯️PS. your terms of service leave me with much apprehension. But I see have no recourse but to accept it.
