Everything went well. The only thing I was disappointed in was the super car wash which is what it was suppose to be as a Birthday special. It was not a very good wash which is unusual for Lexus. It looked like a rush job.

I absolutely love Lisa Pena and she is always kind, caring and attentive. I'm sorry to write this but I do not care for Scott Sloane as he has not been truthful to me in the past and I don't trust him. Again, Lisa Pena is exceptional. This is my reason for not giving 5 stars.
