The service writer was friendly and efficient. He kept me in the loop and listened to me. My vehicle was returned to me freshly washed and ready to go. I am very satisfied.

My only concern is I came in as my car said it was time for a visit. You did an inspection and you found i needed some filters which I got now in 6 000 miles or less I need to return for an oil change I wish the two visits could have been combined my time is valuable I have other things to do than drive to the dealership and hang out in your nice reception area.

Noe was extremely helpful, got me a loaner and cummicated with me letting me know the repairs needed and kept me up to date. He was so good I told the assistant service manager that I was very happy with Noe's help.

Very pleasant and staff was very friendly.

Everything went well. The only thing I was disappointed in was the super car wash which is what it was suppose to be as a Birthday special. It was not a very good wash which is unusual for Lexus. It looked like a rush job.

This was our second exposure with Roger and it was as flawless as our first.

I absolutely love Lisa Pena and she is always kind, caring and attentive. I'm sorry to write this but I do not care for Scott Sloane as he has not been truthful to me in the past and I don't trust him. Again, Lisa Pena is exceptional. This is my reason for not giving 5 stars.
