I was greeted by Santiago with a smile when I drove into the service garage even though I was early he was kind and accommodating. He listened to what I wanted done on my vehicle and also promoted the summer deals. He educated me on the importance of purchasing good gas and keeping up with the mileage services. He went above and beyond trying to help me with the Bluetooth connection for the navigation. I appreciated his time and professional spirit. He is a great accent to the Lexus dealership.
