Great as always! Thank you! I was told 2 hours wait time and it was just about an hour and 15 minutes after I arrived that I drove off the lot. I do miss the tall individual seating with outlets, so that I can work while I wait but the remodel is very nice.

Had a routine oil change. They found a leak. Had my car for a week. Gave me a loaner. The loaner was filthy inside. I was dismayed by the lack of consideration…I spent one hour cleaning the interior so I felt comfortable driving it.

Overall the visit went well. I was greeted promptly when I arrived and my service advisor got me in and out that day quickly. When I returned the next day to pick up my car, I stood around for a while waiting to be helped (everybody was busy) but I was able to track down my service advisor when she was done talking to her previous customer. No complaints.
