I had my Lexus towed to the Lexus of Frederick because we were in Iowa for over two months and my Lexus was stored in my garage. I couldn't start my Lexus to move it out of the garage for the moving van from Iowa on Sunday 6/8/2025. I talked to Santiago on Monday morning 6/9/25. He told me to call the Roadside Assistance phone number. I talked to Chastine who was very helpful to get my Lexus towed to Lexus of Frederick. Then, Will Hurdle at Lexus of Frederick called me back later on Monday 6/9/25 to say that the service dept. ran tests on the electrical systems and deep charged my battery and my Lexus tested fine after a test drive. I was very happy and satisfied with the Lexus professional customer service I had from the 800 number customer service to Santiago and Will Hurdle at the Lexus of Frederick Colorado.
