Came in from out of town and needed service quickly. They got me right in and took care of the service. I was in and out in about two hours. Everything worked out great.

Service Agent Noe Montez was most diligent and understanding to my need while trying to resolve my car heater issue. While I still believe it's not resolved; a good faith effort was made! I don't run my car heater on Hi or much above 75, and heating to hi then working down to my comfortable temperature; 73 average - I still can't seem to get it to work properly.

I was disappointed that the repair of the automatic setting on the windshield wiper was not covered under the warranty. I would have thought that the missing tape and setting would have been caught in the certification of the vehicle before I bought it last October.

Everything went well. Samantha explained my options for service. The VIP car wash was great! I was sent a text at 11:15 that my car was ready. I didn't see the notification until 11:30. I was disappointed that she didn't come to let me know my car was done. After driving away from the dealership, i noticed that there were 3-4 empty Staples (i think) printer paper boxes, and another lexus car part box in my back seat. I am a bit confused how trash ended up in my back seat. No biggie, i just recycled them when i got home.
