5 stars for: Noe was super professional and attentive to my concerns and needs. In addition, Santiago was very helpful and professional as well to assist me upon arrival for my service appointment until which time Noe - my service advisor for the day arrived. I appreciated the fact that I had no wait time during this appointment. AND thank you for the refreshments made available to your customers 4 stars because: I so do not like having to work through your call center - it is inefficient, often annoying and a waste of valuable time because often these folks (and perhaps or maybe not entirely their fault?) they aren't able to answer a question and can only make appointments. There have been times I've only need 5 -10 minutes max to ask the simplest question of an advisor revolving around a car issue and if yes/no a service call is necessary is impossible. My biggest ill in terms of an example is when I got a broken windshield and I called to ask if LEXUS had a recommendation. All I was able to get (from call in center) was "don't know - try Safelite" I did, and I was very much disappointed because I got a windshield that had absolutely NO TINT - horrible. I had to go to someone to add a sheet of tint on the inside of my windshield to make my driving safe. There IS indeed a business which LEXUS recommends that replaces LEXUS like windshield. Too sad for me. Albeit a higher cost product, my insurance would have covered it.
