Everything went well. Samantha explained my options for service. The VIP car wash was great!I was sent a text at 11:15 that my car was ready. I didn't see the notification until 11:30. I was disappointed that she didn't come to let me know my car was done. After driving away from the dealership, i noticed that there were 3-4 empty Staples (i think) printer paper boxes, and another lexus car part box in my back seat. I am a bit confused how trash ended up in my back seat. No biggie, i just recycled them when i got home.

Polite service advisor . I know I receive the best service from this dealership. I love to see the inspection report on my cell phone as the service is being completed.
